Terms of Use — AIScore by UpSites
Last updated: August 23, 2026
By using AIScore (aiscore.upsites.digital), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
1. Who we are
AIScore is operated by UPSITES DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SITES LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 25.139.884/0001-90, with its registered office at Rua José Versolato, 111, Bloco B, Sala 3319, Centro, 09750-730, São Bernardo do Campo, SP, Brazil. Contact: comercial@upsites.digital.
2. The service
2.1. AIScore is a free automated diagnostic tool. Based on the URL you submit, it generates a technical readiness score (0 to 100) and, when available, a citation rate: the share of answers from AI-powered search engines, within a single dated sample, in which the analyzed domain appeared as a source. Each question is queried once, and the result holds for the date and time of the measurement.
2.2. The service is provided free of charge, on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. UpSites may modify, suspend or discontinue the tool, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
2.3. By using the tool, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, have full legal capacity and are using the tool in a business or professional context.
2.4. The scoring methodology may be improved or changed at any time. Scores generated on different dates or under different versions of the tool are not comparable with one another.
3. Submitted URLs
3.1. The analysis is limited to publicly accessible content of the submitted website. By submitting a URL, you represent that the submission does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate any legal or contractual restriction applicable to you.
3.2. The choice of submitted URLs, including any parameters they contain, and the use of the results are your sole responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold UpSites harmless from any damages or third-party claims arising from your submissions or from your use of the tool in violation of these Terms.
3.3. UpSites may refuse, limit or interrupt any analysis at its sole discretion, including for technical, security or abuse-prevention reasons.
4. How the analysis works
4.1. The diagnostic involves automated requests to the submitted website, performed on a one-off basis, at a user's request and limited to the URL submitted by that user. The crawler identifies itself as AIScoreBot/1.0, operates under request rate limits, uses no credentials and does not bypass authentication or access controls.
4.2. The website's robots.txt file is read as part of the diagnostic, in order to report which AI crawlers the website allows or blocks. Because the analysis is a one-off request made by a user, and not continuous web-wide crawling, AIScoreBot's requests are not conditioned on those directives. Website owners who do not wish to be analyzed may request a block via the contact e-mail in Section 1.
4.3. Part of the page extraction and rendering is performed by a specialized provider engaged by UpSites, identified in the Privacy Policy.
5. Nature of the results
5.1. The output is an automated, informational diagnostic. It does not constitute consulting, professional advice, a performance promise or any guarantee that the website will be cited or recommended by search engines, AI-powered or otherwise.
5.2. The citation rate is a dated, point-in-time sample, subject to the natural variability of AI search engine answers. It is neither a forecast nor a continuous historical record.
5.3. The citation rate is measured after the user identifies themselves and is a complementary layer of the diagnostic. It may not be performed or published where the measurement is unavailable or the sample is insufficient, without this affecting the validity of the diagnostic or creating any right to re-execution.
5.4. The score reflects UpSites' own technical criteria, applied automatically as of the date of the analysis. It does not constitute a judgment about the company that owns the analyzed website.
5.5. Any decision made based on the results is your sole responsibility.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit URLs in violation of third-party rights or of legal or contractual restrictions applicable to you
- use the tool for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties
- overload the tool with automated or bulk submissions
- attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the tool's security or reverse engineer it
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the tool without UpSites' written authorization
Violation of these rules authorizes immediate blocking of access, without prejudice to any other available legal remedies.

7.1. The tool, its scoring methodology, brand, layout, code and documentation are the exclusive property of UpSites and are protected under applicable law.
7.2. You may use and share the results of a diagnostic of your own website, provided the source is credited (AIScore by UpSites). Results relating to third-party websites are intended for your internal evaluation only and may not be publicly disclosed. Reproduction of the tool or its methodology is prohibited.
8. Third-party trademarks
AIScore has no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement relationship with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic or any operator of the analyzed AI search engines. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear in this document for the sole purpose of identifying the services subject to measurement.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND GIVEN THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, UPSITES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, SERVICE UNAVAILABILITY, INACCURACIES IN THE RESULTS OR CHANGES IN THE BEHAVIOR OF THE ANALYZED AI SEARCH ENGINES.
9.2. UpSites is not liable for failures, unavailability or changes in third-party services on which the tool depends.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Changes
UpSites may update these Terms at any time by publishing the current version on this page. Continued use of the tool after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. General provisions
12.1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.2. UpSites' failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of these Terms.
12.3. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. UpSites may assign them in connection with a corporate reorganization or sale of the business.
12.4. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UpSites regarding the use of the tool.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other forum, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
