UpSites deletes everything AIScore holds about you, immediately. To confirm the inbox is yours, a code valid for 15 minutes goes to the address you type below.

What leaves the database

• — Your name, your email and your phone number.
• — The diagnoses you asked for stop pointing to you: the analyzed URL, the network address range and the browser markers go with them.
• — The correction requests you sent us, and your access to the reports.
• — What stays is the ownerless number — score, band and site domain — which UpSites uses in aggregate statistics and which identifies nobody.

This is the right to erasure under LGPD (Art. 18) and GDPR (Art. 17). The law gives UpSites 15 days to answer; here the answer is immediate, and what remains on record is the date and a code derived from your address that never turns back into an email.
